Downingtown Community Education Foundation

The Downingtown Community Education Foundation (DCEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and inspiring students in the Downingtown Area School District (DASD). DCEF funds educational innovation to support DASD's strategic plan, offers hands-on learning through after-school and summer programs, and supports unique opportunities like the district-wide Mobile Innovation Lab, Kindergarten JumpStart and the Mobile Book Club.

Students from elementary to high school benefit from the collaboration between DCEF and DASD, which ensures they develop problem-solving and innovative skills, along with the ability to analyze, refine, and expand ideas.

We believe a strong school district creates a thriving, vibrant community. Together with parents, businesses, and community members, DCEF and DASD work to make this vision a reality for the Downingtown community.
